1. Términos de Reserva

1.1 Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Raíces Chilean Hotels. The confirmation will include your booking reference number, dates, and total amount.

1.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods.

1.3 Rates: All rates are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Rates include accommodation and specified amenities but exclude additional services unless stated.

2. Política de Cancelación

Standard Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: No refund

Peak Season & Special Events: Different cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons and special events. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Check-in y Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM

Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID and credit card required at check-in

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect property rules and local customs
  • Maintain reasonable noise levels
  • Report any damages immediately
  • Comply with environmental and sustainability guidelines
  • Treat staff and other guests with respect

5. Liability

5.1 Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

5.2 Personal Property: While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Safe deposit boxes are available.

5.3 Activities: Participation in activities and experiences is at the guest's own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Force Majeure

Raíces Chilean Hotels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, or pandemic-related restrictions.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of Chile and the exclusive jurisdiction of Chilean courts.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
